Warmth you feel, not see
Underfloor heating works at low temperature (35-45 degree water, 28 degree surface). Heat radiates evenly upward across the entire floor surface. Warm feet, cool air at head height. Exactly how the body experiences comfort.
Radiator: 70 degree water temperature, heat rises along the wall, cold air sinks in the center. Unevenly distributed, dry air.

More than just temperature
Comfort is an interplay. Temperature, air quality, humidity and sound must work together. We design that as one system, not as separate parts.
Air Quality
F7 particulate filters in System D capture pollen, fine dust (PM2.5) and bacteria. CO2 sensors regulate airflow automatically: more people in the room, more fresh air.
Humidity Control
Mechanical extraction from bathroom and kitchen keeps relative humidity below 60%. No condensation on windows, no mold formation in corners.
Acoustic Comfort
Modern ventilation units operate at 22-25 dB, quieter than a whisper. Acoustic silencers in ducts prevent sound transfer between rooms.
Summer Comfort
System D can be coupled to a ground heat exchanger or bypass for passive night cooling. No air conditioning needed in most Belgian homes.
