Who processes your data
SN Group BV, Groenstraat 417/A, 9041 Gent, company number BE 0807.895.776, is the controller for the data that reaches us through this website. You can reach us at info@sngroupbv.be or on 0800 82 903.

What we receive
This site collects nothing about you on its own. You give us data only when you fill in the contact form and send it. We then receive:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you fill in that field
- the service you pick from the list
- your message
- the language of the page, the time you sent it and the domain name you sent it from

What we use it for
We use that data to answer your question and to prepare an appointment or a quote. Nothing else. We do not sell it on and we do not use it for advertising.
The legal basis is your consent and the steps that precede a contract at your own request.

How your message reaches us
The form sends your message to an SN Group function at Amazon Web Services. That function turns it into an email and sends it with Amazon SES to info@sngroupbv.be. From there your message lives on with us as an email. There is no customer database and no account behind this website.

Protection against spam
The form carries a hidden field you never see, and it keeps track of how long filling it in takes. A submission that fills in that hidden field, or that leaves within three seconds, is not sent. We measure no behaviour with it and we keep nothing from it.

Cookies and measurement
This website sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics package on it, no advertising pixel and no tracker. So we do not keep track of which pages you look at.

Third party services
The contact page carries a Google Maps embed. That map loads straight from Google. Google sees your IP address in the process and can set its own cookies. Google's privacy policy applies to that, not ours.
The WhatsApp and Instagram buttons are plain links. The moment you click, you leave this site and the policy of that service applies.

The calculators
The cost calculator and the EPC calculator ask for a name and an email address before they show the result. Those fields stay in your browser. The calculators send nothing to us and store nothing.

Hosting and retention
The site sits as files on Amazon S3 in the Stockholm region and is delivered through Amazon CloudFront. Amazon keeps technical logs for the operation and the security of those services.
We keep your message for as long as we need it for your question and its follow-up, and after that for as long as a legal retention duty requires.

Your rights
You may see your data, have it corrected or have it erased. You may have the processing restricted, object to it and have your data transferred. An email to info@sngroupbv.be is enough, and we answer within a month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussel, contact@apd-gba.be.
